Please note there will NO LONGER be pink door hangers at the end of each month as a courtesy reminder that your utilities bill is due. You will receive your Bill for the combined service at the beginning of the month. If not paid by the 15th of each month then the account shall be considered delinquent. If delinquent the clerk will notify each delinquent customer that services will be discontinued if payment of the combined services account, including late payment charges, is not received by the end of the month. That late slip that is generated and mailed out on the 16th of the month will be the final notice.
