Park & Pool Advisory Committee

RUTHVEN PARK AND POOL BOARD. 

The Mayor, with the approval of the Council, may appoint a Park and Pool Board consisting of five members. Members may be either residents or nonresidents of the City.  The purpose of the committee shall be to advise and assist the Mayor and Council in matters relating to the City Parks and City Pool, including assisting in identifying and employing personnel; planning budgets; recommending operational rules; and otherwise making recommendations to the Mayor and Council.  Members shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
